We represent clients in the public sector, including two of Manitoba's three universities (Winnipeg and Brandon) and its two largest cities (Winnipeg and Brandon), as well as various other municipalities throughout the province. We act for major employers in the private sector, both federally and provincially regulated, who operate in many diverse industries including manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, retail, health care and information/technology. We also represent numerous Aboriginal organizations and First Nations.
The firm is a member of the State Capital Global Law Firm Group, an international organization of independent firms, which has members worldwide. At semi-annual meetings, current developments in the law in various jurisdictions are discussed.
