A partner in McLennan Ross, Glenn assists and represents clients in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut in all aspects of employment and administrative law, from a quick telephone call on a procedural point, to conducting a hearing or an investigation.

Glenn grew up in Norman Wells and Edmonton. He attended the University of Alberta, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in 1979. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University in 1982 and a Master of Laws, focusing on labour law, from the University of Toronto in 1986. Following the completion of his Master’s degree, Glenn joined McLennan Ross, and in 1999 opened the firm’s Yellowknife office. He is a member of the NWT, Nunavut and Alberta bars.
Glenn is Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Northern Alberta Section, and an instructor in the Alberta/NWT Bar Admission program. He has spoken to professional groups on all aspects of employment and administrative law, and has lectured on these topics at colleges in the NWT and Alberta. Glenn revised two chapters in the textbook Principles of Administrative Law by Jones and de Villars, which was published in 2008. He is associate editor of the Administrative Law Report.
Glenn has been recognized in The Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory as a “leading practitioner” in the area of labour and employment law and is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada under labour and employment law.
